This stunning 2 year old lady with the voice of an angel is Sinatra! She is the sweetest girl with the best personality! She loves to roll around and get belly rubs all while purring like a crazy person! She is very talkative and loves to be around other cats as well! Her adoption includes her spay, rabies, distemper, deworming and microchip. Email an application to the Lincoln County Humane Society.

The Lincoln County Humane Society will be closed until further notice, effective immediately.

Based on the latest information and updates from state and local officials about the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to close our facility at this time. We will work with our Board of Directors to determine when it is best to reopen.

We are making appointments for:

-adoptions (you must send an application in advance, either through email to [email protected] or through standard mail to 310 N.Memorial Drive, Merrill WI 54452)

-reclaiming your own animal that was brought to LCHS as a stray (you must call in advance 715-536-3459)

-you have found a stray/lost animal in Lincoln County (you must call in advance 715-536-3459)

-you have a scheduled appointment to surrender your own animal (you must call in advance to schedule an appointment 715-536-3459)

We are not accepting volunteers at this time.

Dog license sales will still occur but you must mail a copy of the rabies certificate, payment, and information for the dog license to LCHS at 310 N. Memorial Drive, Merrill WI 54452. You can purchase a dog license through your municipality. Please call LCHS for information if you decide to purchase the dog license through your municipality. Licenses must be purchased by March 31 or late fees will apply.

I'm a Central Wisconsin girl born and raised. I grew up in Port Edwards and participated in cheerleading, basketball, volleyball and softball as well as many clubs like National Honor Society, SADD, yearbook and forensics. I was a very busy high school student and still managed to get good enough grades to go to college at UW-Stevens Point where I was just as busy between working 3 jobs including executive staff positions at the campus alternative rock radio station and volunteering at the campus television station.

After graduation I thought I would take my BA in Mass Communications with emphasis in Broadcasting and Journalism and Minor in Political Science and become a big time reporter in some major city. But instead my internship with our news station here at Midwest Communications turned into a part-time job and opened the door to the morning show co-host position at WDEZ. After 9 1/4 years of fun in the mornings I was promoted to Assistant Brand Manager and moved to The Workday Getaway.

I couldn't deny my love for rock anymore! It was time dive head first into the genre I spent my formative years listening to day in and day out. When the opportunity arose for me to become the Brand Manager for Rock 94.7 and host the morning show I couldn't pass it up.

I'm so happy that I stayed in Central Wisconsin I couldn't imagine raising my three daughters anywhere else.

First concert: Bryan Adams 1992 at the Target Center in Minneapolis (I was 12)
