Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup dark beer
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
2 steaks of your choice. I used rib eyes.
Mix ingredients together in a resealable bag. Add steaks, marinade for 4-6 hours in refrigerator. Remove from marinade, and let sit at room temperature for up to 30 minutes while warming up the grill.
Grill to desired doneness, then remove from grill, tent with foil and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with the Green Chili Sauce.
