Last week began a new feature on Rock 94.7 called The Artist Spotlight. Each Wednesday just a little after 5 PM, I will play a song by an up-and-coming band from across the country.
This week features the Arkansas-based band Solidify and their new single, "Nobody Listens." A couple weeks ago, I had the chance to talk with lead singer Craig Eubanks about the song, the band's formation and more. You can check out that interview HERE .
Craig said the song is about people being wrapped up in themselves and not communicating with each other. He said the song also makes the narrator reflect on themselves if they might be the one who isn't listening to what is going on around them.
