OWEN, WI (WSAU) A Clark County main is facing a 9th drunk driving charge.
Sheriff's deputies stopped 51-year-old Terry Dumler on Sunday night for an expired registration.
Because of his previous drunk driving charges, his legal limit to operate a vehicle is a blood-alcohol level of .02. He's accused of driving at more than twice that level.
A police report also says marijuana was found in his car.
During earlier traffic stops in 2017 and 2016 Dumler was caught with methamphetamine and THC in his vehicle.
He's charged with 9th offense OWI, marijuana possession, and operating with a revoked license.
