WAUPACA, WI (WSAU) - The name has been released of the 18 month old who drowned in the Little Wolf River this weekend.
The one-and-a-half-year-old boy has been identified by family and officials as Cylus Bierbower of Iola.
A Go Fund Me page was started by Rachel Holzschuh, a cousin of Cylus Bierbower’s mother. The description of the fundraiser explains it as, "Jesus called him home for reasons we will never understand. I set this page up for all unexpected bills and funeral costs that may arise in the near future". The fundraiser has a $10,000 goal
The Sheriff’s Office is not releasing any new information on the death at this time.
