BLOOMINGTON, Ind (MetroSource-WSAU) Romeo Langford scored the winning layup in the final second as Indiana knocked off number-18 Wisconsin 75-73 in double-overtime in Bloomington.
Langford scored a team-high 22 points for the Hoosiers, who ended a five-game losing streak. Justin Smith added 12 points in the upset win. Indiana had lost 12-of-13 coming into this game.
Ethan Happ keyed the Badgers with 23 points in defeat. Khalil Iverson contributed 15 points and D'Mitrick Trice added 12 for Wisconsin, which has lost three of its last five to fall to 19-and-9. The Badgers had won their previous five games at Bloomington.
Wisconsin will host Penn State on Saturday.
