STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) -- A man was arrested by Wisconsin State Patrol for his 4th OWI.
Derek J Wilke age 42 of Mosinee drove his 2002 Toyota Camery into a ditch near County Highway DB in Portage County. When a Wisconsin State Trooper arrived on the scene and made contact with him, the trooper noticed signs of imparement.
After an investigation and field sobriety test it was found that Wilke was operating the car under the influence. He was then arrested for his 4th OWI.
